Depending on their size, "La Truitelle" tins contain two to four whole rainbow trout, packed by hand. They are farmed by hand in the crystal-clear waters of mountain springs and streams, giving them a texture very similar to that of wild fish. Just salted by brining, they are pre-cooked in steam and then simply baited without oil or mineral water, to offer the pure taste of mountain trout!
