For more taste, we use local raw materials: flower salt from Guérande and liquid cream from Loire-Atlantique. Without preservatives, coloring or artificial aroma. For even more delicacy, we suggest you to accompany the pie with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream or a hint of whipped cream. Ideal for a small take away snack, restaurant dessert or improvised dessert.
