GOSE - PASSION FRUIT AND STRAWBERRY

Gose is a spontaneous, top-fermented German beer. The recipe also contains salt and coriander. It is said to have originated in the town of Goslar in the Harz Mountains as early as the 14th century. Its name derives from the small river of the same name, the Gose, which flows through Goslar.
