Tea BLANC DES BLANCS (RWANDA)

This rare and precious tea is the fruit of exceptional plucking: only the buds, picked by hand very early in the morning, are used for this Rwandan grand cru. Subtle and delicate, its champagne colour reveals floral, fruity, herbal and slightly sweet notes. Brewed at least 4 times, it will surprise you with every infusion.

Tea and food : A fine accompaniment to seafood platters and raw fish.

Infusion temperature: 70-80°C
