JNPR

JNPR (pronounced "Juniper") is a new kind of spirits, without alcohol and without sugar! Our ambition is to reinvent the aperitif by offering a healthier drink made in France.

The idea behind JNPR is to have an aperitif with an interesting and sophisticated taste. The recipe was developed with one of the top 50 bartenders in the world. We recently had a very positive article in Le Figaro Mag, notably on the ecofriendly aspect of the brand.

During a trip to the United States, Valerie, the founder, experienced a much more varied range of drinks, with subtle tastes, natural ingredients, and properties that make them real daily allies. The first thoughts about JNPR were then born.

In the course of her research, she discovered that during the 17th century, distilled juniper berries and other plants and spices such as coriander seed were highly sought after, reputed for their medicinal properties.

She met Flavio Angiolillo, a renowned bartender, and together they thought about the best way to keep this tradition alive with the added challenge of maintaining excellent mixology properties even without alcohol. After months of reading, research, testing and meetings, JNPR was born.
