"Concerned about food wellbeing and attentive to new
needs and uses, I decided to create my artisanal Granola with
corn petals, vegan, virtually gluten-free and 100% Made in
France"
Like me, Granola di Laura was born in Corsica.
After attending hotel and catering school in Paris, I set out to find a way of combining
the love of my terroir with healthy, high-fiber products more suited to my diet.
following the discovery of my illness "endometriosis", I've noticed a
considerable benefit.
Committed to local, artisanal consumption and wishing to create a unique granola
granola, I decided to break the mould.
How?! by creating a recipe based on unrefined cornflakes and sugar with
noble ingredients selected with expertise, corn is less irritating than oats
than oats.
My greatest satisfaction is to make your taste buds go wild.
