Ateliers du Pain: Created in 2013 in Montans, Ateliers du Pain differentiates itself with a strong hydration as well as a long fermentation that brings authentic flavours to their breads. Baking on a stone hearth will give your products a caramelised and crispy crust.
Bionatis: Created in 2002 in the Monts du Lyonnais by Jean-Marc Ambroisy and Thierry Delbosco: both are committed to organic farming, with a concern for healthy eating and respect for the environment. Their offer? Premium bread baked in a stone hearth oven, fresh and frozen, and leaven made on site.
Grain d'Or: created in 1965 near Lille; its know-how lies in bread-making, pizza dough and the creation of innovative snacking.
Lubrano: Created in 1934 by Antoine Lubrano who started with opening 2 artisanal bakeries in Sète, Lubrano and now specialises in premium bread baked in a stone hearth oven and leaven made every day.
