Uses Special Momporok Chilli from Kunak which is Sabah’s best kept secret for those who are looking for a more novel spice. The chillis grew unassumingly, cultivated by the Bulbul birds dispersing seeds into a manner of wild abundance in volcanic soil along Kunak, South East Coast of Sabah.
Once the chillis are harvested, it went through the germination method to ensure the taste and aroma in the chillis became unique to the locality of Kunak.
This chilli sauce can be enjoyed alone, or alternatively with a spritz of lime juice and your favourite soy sauce. It should be a solid member of every table and a staple condiment
