The Gemignani Family has been dealing with truffles since 1930; with almost one century of history, Gemignani Tartufi is a modern enterprise keen on innovation that has been producing for four generations in its modern factory, certified BRC, IFS and with CE mark, plenty of truffle specialties exported to almost forty foreign countries.
We are skilled to work with Ho.Re.Ca / Food service, large-scale distribution and normal trade focusing on the client and market needs.
Our priority is to give importance to the quality and meticulous selection of raw materials following the production chain as per family tradition but with the expansion strategies of a well-structured company at an international level.
Our enterprise is located in the heart of Tuscany exactly in the middle between Pisa and Florence on the hills of the historical Town of San Miniato where we collect the Precious White Truffle, The Tuber Magnatum Pico, the best among all of the varieties of this special fungus.
Along with the sale of the fresh truffle, that we have been carrying on since 1930 and which represents our core business, with devotion and care in the years we developed the production of a series of truffle-based specialities. After four generations the family tradition is still alive with the same committment and passion considering quality as a paramount.
Our range is wide and comprehends plenty of products from the flavoured oils to condiments, from the sauces to more concentrated products as carpacci, pates and whole truffles in brine.
All our specialities are prepared with selected truffles and high quality raw materials, they do not contain preservatives nor conservants
