FERILLI EYEWEAR

The brand mission is designing accessories with a focus on sustainability and innovation, using a peculiar material obtain from prickly pear (made in south of Italy) that has never been used for eyewear production before.
The prickly pear is a fast-growing plant that vegetates and quickly reproduces itself in a spontaneous way, classified as "infesting". Thinning out and pruning procedures are periodically essential to limit an overabundant growth. Thus, the fiber needed for the sunglass production is obtained with method of dehydration without the use of pollutants.
