FINE À L’EAU AU COGNAC x12

This recipe is faithful to the original Fine à l'Eau, whose ingredients come exclusively from the vine: Cognac, Verjus (acid green grape juice) and grape sugar.

Without altering the original taste, we have accentuated certain notes of the special Cognac Hine with subtle infusions of lemon balm, white pepper and pink berries.

Notes: a fresh and fruity attack based on Cognac, finally supported by the animal notes of leather brought by our infusions.
