EMILIE KARSTON

Founded in 1987 (initially under the name Karston), Emilie Karston is a French women's footwear brand located in Maine-et-Loire, a historical region known for its shoe industry.

In 2017, the brand was taken over by the grandson of a leather artisan and the son of shoemakers, with a continued emphasis on passion and a family-oriented approach. Designed in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges, all our creations are crafted by our team of designers.

Production, which was still carried out in a small French workshop until spring 2020, could not be maintained. Today, our models are manufactured in Asia, adhering to the brand's standards for finishing and natural materials. The choice of leather remains a priority and is sourced from carefully selected tanneries.

With over 30 years of expertise in the footwear industry, Emilie Karston takes the next step by expanding its portfolio and creating its own ready-to-wear brand: Emilie. K joins the family.

The desire to expand the brand into ready-to-wear seemed like a natural progression in the Emilie journey. From footwear to ready-to-wear, it's just a step away.

Our inspiration: Women.
The Emilie ready-to-wear line was born from the desire to dress women from head to toe. Flowing dresses, floral shirts, colorful sweaters—this collection is feminine, soft, and light.
