Cantina Sociale di Trento - Concilio Arjent Sauvignon

Arjent in Ladin means 'silver', referring to the area of the Argentario above the city of Trento, known since ancient times for its silver mines. A wine of character whose particularity lends itself to evolved and refined pairings. For these characteristics it is also appreciated after several years. Colour: straw yellow. Aroma: typically varietal, reminiscent of ripe fig, elderflower and tomato leaves, more or less prevalent depending on the vintage and glass ageing. Taste: Characteristic, whose structure and persistence are appreciated.
