The risotto ready zucchini and dried tomatoes is a dish for every season particularly tasty and aromatic but at the same time simple and delicate.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 93%, zucchini 6%, onion, dried tomatoes, vegetable broth( Sea salt, organic potato starch, organic carrots, organic onion, organic parsnip, organic shiitake mushrooms, organic pumpkin, organic parsley, organic vegetable oil, organic turmeric, organic levistic root)

Directions for use: Sauté the rice in a pan for 2/3 minutes with oil. Add 75 cl of water and mix until cooked, about 16 min. Stir in a knob of butter or cheese
