Bruno Castaing and Guy Dehez, two Landais of old stock, who fell into the pot of gastronomy when they were very young, as they each come from a line of renowned producer-breeders and canners, have combined their experience and their complementary professions to create "La Ferme de Jean-Sarthe".
A traditional breeding farm, located in the heart of the largest Foie Gras producing region in France, in Cauna, a village nestled in the bends of the Adour river between Dax and Mont de Marsan.
By combining their inherited know-how, they offer you noble and authentic products, prepared and cooked in the secrecy of steaming pots, under the brand name "Les Délices de Saint-Orens".
