COOPERATIVE ISIGNY-SAINTE MERE

Located in Normandy, the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative benefits from an exceptional territory which allow the production of milk of a unique quality. More than 650 milk producers are gathered in this Normandy countryside which offers a pastureland of a rare quality. The production is carried out on 2 sites: in Isigny-sur-Mer, for the butter, the cream, cheeses with soft pasta (Camembert, Pont l'Evêque, Bries ...), the infant milk powder, in Sainte-Mère-Eglise for mimolettes and fresh cheeses.
