PESK BIZ is a range of 3 prepared seafood products made from the fish caught on our 2 vessels Joseph Roty II and Emeraude.
Our source materials are then forwarded to our Saint-Malo workshop where the "Breton Fish sticks" are manufactured.
PESK BIZ is indeed a Breton name which means Breton fish stick. This name has been specifically chosen to reflect the authenticity of our Breton know-how!
