The oldest French tea brand, Compagnie Coloniale was founded in Paris in 1848.
For almost two centuries, Compagnie Coloniale has continued to select its original teas, its delicate aromas and to create its exclusive blends.
It is one of the few brands to ensure the entire process of blending, flavoring and packaging of tea leaves in its own workshops in France.

Today, the company is recognized for the quality of its blends and in particular for the characteristic brilliance of some of its black teas flavored according to a unique know-how of steam flavoring.
This process has the advantage of freezing the aromas on the leaves and perfuming them so that they reveal faithful flavors both in the nose and in the cup.
