Tintilia del Molise Doc "Herero" 15% vol.

This wine produced exclusively in Molise, in particular hot years, comes from a careful selection in the vineyard of ripe grapes grown at 550 meters above sea level It is obtained from the native vine of region: Tintilia, a recently revalued variety. It is a full-bodied and elegant wine, its tannic structure is enriched from the aging of 24 months in French oak barrels. It expresses itself best with "important" dishes, braised, game, red meats, sausages and aged cheeses.
