Fata Morgana 3,5% (session IPA)

"To the eye: a pale blond color and fine foam. On the nose: a nice fruity taste with notes of citrus, pineapple and tropical fruits! On the palate, it is light, very fruity but with a rather dry impression. A very characteristic criteria of the "Session IPA" genre! The flavors are similar to the fruity smells previously identified, turned to pineapple and tropical fruits. I can't forget this nice dose of hops that feels good! A nice first step towards this new brewery from Alsace!"

By the way, if you didn't know, a "Session IPA" is a rather light beer in alcohol that gives the best part to the bitter side released by the hops!
