BOCON s.r.l. is a family business born in 1987 from the enthusiasm of Luca Ricci and his wife Donatella, entrepreneurs with a great food and wine culture. Bocon is located very close to the Prosecco hills and vineyards in the Veneto region. It is internationally recognised as a manufacturer of PREMIUM QUALITY frozen ready meals. Our mission is to always bring true Italian quality products to the tables all over the world. We develop products on different categories (Breakfast food; Dinners-entrées, Pasta, Desserts). Our products of excellence are risotto, gratins , gnocchi or eggplant parmigiana - just to name a few – with ingredients and tastes as genuine and natural as if homemade. In recent years we have developed an innovative line of frozen, low-carb, egg-, dairy-, and gluten-free gnocchi made with a variety of vegetables, that alongside our range of traditional and stuffed frozen gnocchi has made Bocon the world leader in this market. We have been exporting frozen P.L. products to the United States for ten years now and our range of action has gradually grown to include Canada, Australia, Asia and Europe, with plans for further expansion well under way. This exceptional growth is sustained by dedicated and passionate management, RD and Sales teams, fully certified production processes and a state-of-the-art production plant. Our customers are mainly primary international retailers and food service companies.
