Sicilian green olives: crushed and ripened only with water and salt as tradition dictates.  Crushing is a traditional technique that preserves the original crunch of the olive quite naturally. Great for appetizers, starters and toppings. Ingredients: Olives 99.8%, water, salt. GMO and gluten free. Antioxidant: L – ascorbic acid. Acidifier: lactic acid.
