Antico Molino Rosso is a BIODEDICATED MILL based in Verona Italy.
Since 1993 we produce organic stone ground flours in our two modern plants.
In the historic one we have 4 millstones and two more in the new plant gluten free dedicated.
Stone grinding keeps the characteristics of the product unaltered, preserving its nutritional and organoleptic qualities.
We grindstone organic Italian cereals highly qualified.
Every day we do multiresidual analyses performed by external accredited laboratories to guarantee the constant suitability of the product and bread-making analyzes by the technicians to guarantee the best quality.
We have six certifications: ICEA, SGS, IFS, CSQA, BIODIVERSITY FRIEND and USDA.
The protection of the biodiversity, the sustainability, today more than ever, are a necessity and a value in which we believe very much.
Our gluten free brand Spigabuona was born in 2017 with four new mixes all organic, with no added sugar, lactose-free, semi wholemeal, stone ground and completely natural.
The Bioacademy School is active with daily courses on bakery, pastry and pizza made by specialized technicians.
