Alimentias, based in Andalusia, is one of the main producers and exporters of Manchego cheese P.D.O. and dedicates its main business to the production and export of the most famous Spanish cheeses and specialties.
Our position in the market allows us to establish long-term agreements with farmers, that have been specially selected for the quality of their milk as well as guaranteeing animal welfare. This combination of factors is what makes our selection of cheeses exceptional.
