The Yellow Crown Dates with a mild sweet taste and a chewy and subtle texture. In most cases it is golden at the top with a slight dryness, while the rest is reddish brown.  It is a sublime variety and one that is known to the people in the know about dates. It is available as Tamer or Rutab.  The Choice and Confectionary grades can also be made available to those that want further processing of the dates.
