Organic Chopped Dates

Mechanically pitted dates without using steam enable this product to retain its authentic date taste yet be readily available for further processing and utilization.  While it is not as pretty as hand pitting and dicing of dates, the economies associated with this option are substantive.  More importantly, the water activity is minimized and the level of the mixing of the date fiber with the rest of the date is also minimized enabling the final product to retain a level of softness.
