Since year 2000 Agri Piacenza Latte ensures experience and support in the milk trade of its 130 breeders.
Starting from 2014 we have started the production of "Bianco d'Italia", an hard cheese made with 100% italian milk; lactose free, preservatives free and animal rennet free. This means that Bianco d'Italia is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

"BIANCO D'ITALIA" cheese stands out from the numerous other hard cheeses on the market both because it is produced exclusively with Italian milk from selected farms, and because while retaining the characteristics of a traditional product, it uses all modern technologies not only for to obtain a greater hygienic and sanitary guarantee for the consumer, but also to obtain an absolute constant quality over time.
