Duties and taxes

Buyers will pay applicable customs duties and taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges if items arrive damaged. If there is visible damage to the outer box at the time of delivery, we ask that you report this to the carrier. In addition, please take photographs of any external damage and any damage to the product in the event of transport damage, as we are responsible for any damage to the product during transport until it is delivered to the user and we will need these photographs to deal with the transport company.

Defective item

An article is considered defective if it is received with the defect, if the defect is a consequence of use it is not considered defective.

If you have any problems, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery.

Please return the items to me within 7 days of delivery. Return costs due to damage or defective items will be borne by the seller.
