There is no minimum order quantity

For the products in stock: delivery time within 14 days from the payment receipt

For the products on order: delivery time 35-40 days up to 200 pcs and 60 days up to 500 pcs

Payments and Order Processing:

Full Payment is required before orders are processed

For the products in stock: orders will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment

For the products on order: delivery time 35-40 days up to 200 pcs and 60 days up to 500 pcs

Shipping:

For less than 200 pcs, DHL express cost 50€ on client charge

For 200 pcs and more, free DHL express shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed at the point of order.

The client is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and send photos that show the faulty or damaged items

Failure to report within the stipulated time will invalidate any return or refund claim

Returns and Refunds:

Items returned due to faults or damages will be replaced or refunded

All returns must be authorized upfront.
