All information contained in this document is confidential and reserved for the only use of customer stores of the MATINS PARISIENS brand.

•Minimum order :

Minimum order of 300 euros excluding tax regardless of the number of items ordered.

You have the possibility to mix the models without restriction as long as the minimum order is reached.

VAT of 20% applies to French companies only (VAT exemption for foreign companies).

•Discounts :

3% discount for orders over 500 euros excluding tax.

5% discount for orders over 1,000 euros excluding tax.

•Payments :

In order to confirm your order, we require payment of a 50% deposit within 48 hours after sending the order confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid by payment link or bank transfer before shipping the order.

•Delivery :

For our B2B customers in France and the French Overseas Territories, delivery costs are free.

For international shipping, shipping costs are added to your order and determined once it is finalized.

Whatever the destination, all our shipments are insured.

All MATINS PARISIENS jewelry is prepared by hand by us and put into production especially for your order.

The order preparation time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks (the time may be extended or reduced depending on the period and production needs).

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time by our carrier (Colissimo) is approximately 48 hours for France and 5 to 10 days for international destinations.

•Territorial exclusivity :

In order to develop an exclusive and coherent distribution strategy, we grant territorial exclusivity for professionals who distribute the MATINS PARISIENS collections in their store. Thus, with this territorial exclusivity, we undertake not to distribute the collection to other resellers located in the same geographical area as your store. To obtain this territorial exclusivity, you must order a minimum of 1,200 euros excluding tax per quarter.

•Return of unsold items :

In order to perpetuate our partnership, we offer a return service for unsold items. Thus, after 3 months from receipt of the goods you have the possibility of requesting the return of unsold items. You will then obtain a credit note corresponding to the total amount of the returned items (the return costs being the responsibility of the customer). This credit can be used on your next B2B order (the amount of the credit note must not be greater than 30% of the total amount of the new order).

•Packaging:

Each piece of jewelry is delivered with a MATINS PARISIENS cotton pouch in fair trade certified and Fairtrade labeled cotton (with the exception of charms and chains).
