Returns are at your expense. You have a 30-day period to return or exchange products that do not meet your expectations. The return date considered is the day your order is received.

In the case of an exchange, we will send you the exchanged items after receiving the products. To choose the item for exchange, simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject:

Exchange / Name / Order Number.

Refunds will only be processed if the products meet the above return conditions. In this case, we will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your items, automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the PayPal account used for payment.
