2.1 HOW TO ORDER

Visit our e-shop on CXMP and find the products you want to wear.

Add the products to your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button.

Once you have finished your selection, place the mouse cursor over the basket and check its contents. Confirm by clicking on the "Order" button.

If you already have an account in our e-shop, identify yourself using your e-mail address and password in the "Already registered?" Section. "

If you do not yet have an account in our e-shop, you can create one easily and quickly. Enter your email address in the "Create your account" section and click on the "Create your account" button. Fill in the detailed fields, create your password and confirm the creation of your account by clicking on the "Register" button. An e-mail will then be sent to you automatically, reminding you of the information you need for your next connection.

Double check your delivery and billing addresses.

Choose a delivery method.

Choose your payment method and proceed to payment.

Your order becomes final, as it appears on the screen, from the moment you confirm it at the end of the ordering procedure and proceed to payment.

Once payment has been made, a confirmation of your order and your payment will be sent to you by e-mail. Calanque Swimwear advises you to keep them, they can be used later.

2.3 REFUSAL OF AN ORDER OR CANCELLATION OF A PURCHASE.

Calanque Swimwear reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel a purchase for just cause.

The refusal of order and justified cancellation of purchase do not give rise to any compensation, but to the reimbursement of the price of the products if it has been paid.

Shipping costs are not included in the prices indicated on the products. The shipping costs depend on the place of delivery. Shipping costs must be added to the product prices for the calculation of the total amount payable.

For international deliveries, customs charges and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These costs must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

ARTICLE 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver the products all over the world.

We deliver from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are dispatched the next working day.
