Unlike a Bourbon vanilla pod, such as Planifolia (Madagascar vanilla, for instance), which tends to have cocoa and fruity notes with a strong emphasis on sweetness, Tahitian vanilla offers a more complex aroma.

Vanilla pods of 13/15 cm are available in glass tubes containing 10 or 2 pods.
Vanilla pods of 16 cm and above are packaged in tubes of 10 pods.
You can also select them in vacuum-sealed bags of 250 grams.
