The finest Organic Bourbon vanilla beans, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, Northeast Madagascar.
Their intoxicating fragrance reveals vanilla, suave, cocoa, balsamic notes... an explosion of flavors.
Of Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods have been sun-cured for several weeks to reach the ideal moisture content for baking: 33 to 35%.
By default, the sent pods will be of size 17/18 cm minimum. If you prefer smaller pods (14/16 cm), please let us know in your message.
Note: 1 kg is equivalent to 250 pods of 17/18 cm or 320 pods of 14/16 cm.
By default, 1 kg is packaged in 4 x 250g vacuum-sealed bags. We can package in 100g increments upon request.
