Harmony of the Moment - Culinary Floral Blend
Harmony of the Moment is an ephemeral floral composition that evolves with the seasons and our inspirations. Sometimes in petals, sometimes in whole flowers, it can take the form of a single variety or a varied composition. As with our other selections, these are 100% edible dried flowers.
Currently, Harmony of the Moment consists of intense red Rose petals, delicate pink Rose petals, and Jasmine petals. Visually, you'll discover a range of pink, symbolic of the season of love and early spring mornings; a hymn to nature.
In terms of aroma and taste, it's a powerful harmony, blending two of the most iconic floral varieties, both in exotic cuisine and French perfumery. This composition is particularly suitable for pastry, cocktails, and infusions.
