Orecchiette are the queens of Apulian pasta: they are about 3/4 of an inch in size, thicker on the sides and thinner in the middle.                                                                                                                     

Our 5 Flavours Orecchiette are a fanciful variant of the original: we use only natural ingredients - tomato, spinach, turmeric, squid ink - to get these colors and tease the palate.
