It is a semi hard cheese made exclusively from greek sheep and goat milk. This product is the flagship of Thessalos semi hard cheeses. Without any added flavours, saganeli with its own pure milky taste, bringing to mind the aromas of greek countryside is suitable to be combined with any other taste. We suggest tomato or fig marmalade or caramelized onions.
Like all the cheeses of this familly, saganeli can be eaten as it is or baked.
