Product’s description
It is a semi hard cheese with mediterranean flavors. It is produced exclusively from fresk pasteurized greek sheep and goat milk and it contains olive puree, oregano and greek virgine olive oil.
The olives and the oil are collected from the Pelion, the cenatvrus mountains of Greece and the oregano is taken from the mountains of Agrafa and Pindos.
Mediterranean cheese has a big storage life and the more it matures the tastier it becomes. It can be consumed as it is or baked.
