Thessalos Feta cheese is a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) product, made exclusively of 100% fresh pasteurized Greek sheep and goat milk,mainly from the pastures of Thessaly land.
It is a soft,with salty and tangy flavor cheese which matures for 2 months in brine. It stands out for the authentic taste, as it is produced with the traditional way, following always a strict hygiene protocol.
