Wulong Dong Ding tea from China Organic

The Middle Kingdom reveals one of its finest Wulong teas, grown in a small, unspoilt garden in Fujian, China. This Grand Cru tea is part of the Dong Ding variety, which means "Icy Mists of the Peaks" in Mandarin. This highland tea has been developed through very low oxidation to create a Grand Cru tea with subtle herbal notes. Its dark green pearled leaves offer a straw-yellow liquor, and velvety notes of flowers and vanilla butter.

It is traditionally brewed and tasted according to the ancestral rules of Gong Fu Cha, the Chinese tea ceremony, which enhances its aromatic richness.
