Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold extracted without any addition of water therefore rich in polyphenols, tocopherols and the aromatic characteristics of the Carolea cultivar. It is characterised by a medium level of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency with intense herbal sensations along with green almond, artichoke and tomato.

High quality is guaranteed by the family's control of the whole process of production: from the cultivation of the trees, in organic agriculture, to the milling of the olives on the same day of harvest, to the storage of oil in stainless steel drums, to the bottling and, above all, milling exclusively their ouw olives.
