Black truffles in pieces, made from good quality whole truffles from which a part has been removed damaged by frost or drought, or which have been broken during picking. In jars, the black truffle pieces are accompanied by their delicious juice, which can be preserved and used in your preparations (risotto, sauce base, etc.).
