Tagliatelle Nests with Peppers

Product’s description

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our spaghetti is made by hand, laminated and then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). Gently working the dough and shaping it with our rolling machine produces a flat spaghetti (2 mm) that cooks very quickly (2 to 4 minutes).
Our spaghetti is meticulously bagged by hand, guaranteeing careful packaging.

Manufacturing process: Low-temperature rolling and drying.
No GMOs, no colourings, no preservatives, no ionisation.
Labelling languages: French, English, German, Dutch.
