Tagliatelle Nests with Eggs
Product’s description
After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our tagliatelle (4 mm) are made by hand by laminating and then drying at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). The dough is gently worked in our rolling mill, allowing it to be cooked very quickly (2 to 4 minutes).
Our tagliatelle are meticulously bagged by hand, guaranteeing careful packaging.
Production process: Low-temperature rolling and drying.
No GMOs, no colourings, no preservatives, no ionisation.
Labelling languages: French, English, German, Dutch.
