Product’s description

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our rigate shellfish are handcrafted by extrusion in a bronze mould, then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). Our shellfish are cooked quickly (6 to 8 minutes).
A rider is carefully placed on each pack by hand.

Manufacturing process: Extrusion and low-temperature drying

No GMOs, no colourings, no preservatives, no ionisation

Labelling language: French, English, German, Dutch.
