Saccharina Latissima (Royal Kombu)

Dehydrated seaweed to be sprinkled, whose woody flavor reminds one of a walk in an aquatic forest. If its name means happiness in Japanese, it's not for nothing. Its original dragon shape is also reminiscent of Asia. The journey begins when it rehydrates in the mouth and gives way to the 5th flavor so sought after by gourmets: umami.
