Palmaria Palmate (Dulse)

Dehydrated seaweed to be sprinkled, whose smoky flavor enhances the dishes. The journey begins when it rehydrates in the mouth and gives way to the 5th taste so sought after by gourmets: umami. It could be mistaken for a flower because of its appearance and color. Its name comes from its blades that open like the fingers of a webbed hand.
