Cheese Crispies Cheddar Cheese

With the in-depth experience in making puff-pastry cheese crispies based on Gouda, we have developed a variant based on Cheddar cheese, by far the best known and most widely consumed cheese of the English-speaking world. The matured Cheddar which is used to make our Cheddar cheese crispies, has a rich, rather nutty flavour, which gives them an enjoyable mild, but rich cheese taste.
