Vintage sardines 2022 "Melle Lulu's Spanish waltz" Coralie Joulin

Caught at the end of the summer on the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the surrounding area, our vintage sardines are the fruit of excellent know-how perpetuated since 1887. These sardines are true vintages to be aged for up to 10 years, taking care to turn them over every six months. A decade that allows them to tenderise and candy, an essential ritual for appreciating all the qualities of these precious sardines and revealing their aromas.  Miss Lulu continues her epicurean peregrinations and waltzes to the rhythm of Seville's flamenco. For the occasion, she is dressed in a sumptuous cardinal-red gown, draped to evoke the movements of the ocean and revealing her back covered in elegant bluish fish. Equipped with her fan, the details of which resemble fine scales, Miss Lulu enjoys the warmth and conviviality of Spanish evenings. Coralie Joulin takes pleasure in sharing the adventures of her sparkling, colourful muse in the 4 corners of the world. Behind all these gourmet escapades lie exceptional sardines delicately wrapped in extra virgin olive oil.
