Caught at the end of the summer on the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the surrounding area, our vintage sardines are the fruit of excellent know-how perpetuated since 1887. These sardines are true vintages to be aged for up to 10 years, taking care to turn them over every six months. A decade that allows them to tenderise and candy, an essential ritual for appreciating all the qualities of these precious sardines and revealing their aromas.  10 years after their wedding, Mlle Perle and her sailor set sail for the turquoise waters of Polynesia. An exotic cruise among the endemic birds and flowers. The lovers embrace tenderly in memory of the passion that has united them for a decade now. Delphine Cossais once again brilliantly sketches her marine muse. She invites us to witness the strong love that has animated her characters over the years. Her work illustrates the setting for our 2022 vintage: exceptional sardines carefully covered in extra virgin olive oil and nothing else!
